Common use of Duties and Powers Clause in Contracts

Duties and Powers. 1.1 The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to act in relation to the Company with the job title stated in Schedule 1 or with such other job title of no less responsibility to which he shall from time to time be appointed by the Company, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and in the Schedules attached hereto. 1.2 The Company shall be entitled to employ any one other person with such job title jointly with the Executive.
