Duties and functions. The PMU shall have the overall responsibility of monitoring and supervision of the Project. The detailed terms and conditions for appointment of Project Management Unit and its rights, responsibilities and scope of services are specified in Schedule 7. The PMU shall coordinate with the Authority and keep them updated on all activities and approvals accorded to the Concessionaire on a regular basis. Further, any event of default by PMU as part of its obligations shall be treated as Authority Event of Default and its consequence thereof.
