Common use of During the Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

During the Term of Employment. Employer shall provide Employee with full-time use of, and shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable expenses incurred by Employee in connection with, the company automobile currently being used by Employee. Employer shall also, at its expense, replace such automobile with an automobile of comparable quality as and when deemed appropriate by the Board and pay all such reasonable expenses thereon.
