During School Year. Notice of a vacancy shall be posted on the bus driver’s bulletin board at the Bus Garage for forty-eight (48) hours. A copy of the notice shall be given to the Union President. A notice shall include the following information: 1. Date/time posted and date/time responses expected. 2. Number and description of run being posted as vacant, if applicable. 3. Any special needs required. 4. Date on which driver will start the new run. 5. The beginning and ending dates of the run, if temporary.
