During Maternity Leave. 9.1 Except for terms relating to pay, the Players terms and conditions of employment remain in force during maternity leave. 9.2 Holiday entitlement will continue to accrue during maternity leave. 9.3 If the Player is a member of the employer’s pension scheme, the employer shall make employer pension contributions during maternity leave based on the Players normal salary, in accordance with the pension scheme rules. Any employee contributions made will be based on the amount of maternity pay received by the Player unless they inform the employer that they wish to make up any shortfall.
