Xxxxxxxx, Re: The Introduction of Shift Work This will confirm the agreement reached during bargaining with respect to the company’s desire to consider a work schedule outside of the traditional and normal hours of work. It is agreed that should the Company decide that such work schedules are required for any reason; the Company will notify the Union of its desire to implement such schedules. The Company and the Union will attempt to negotiate terms and conditions appropriate to such schedules. Should the parties be unable to reach an agreement within 15 days of the date upon which the notice was given, the parties shall submit their final positions to a single arbitrator selected in accordance with Article 22.10 of the Collective Agreement. The arbitrator will choose between the submissions of the parties and the decision will be binding upon the parties. It is agreed that advertising accounts will not be re-assigned more frequently than Twenty-Four (24) months. When any such re-assignment takes place an advertising sales representative will maintain within his or her account list all new accounts which have been active for six (6) months or less. In addition, each representative will be able to choose to retain any two accounts from their current account list. This letter will form part of the Collective Agreement. Evidence from security cameras may be used to discipline employees. Employees who split their duties between two or more classifications shall be paid at the rate of the highest classification.
