Duration of Representation of Defendant. In cases in which the Contractor is appointed as attorney of record, Contractor shall represent the defendant at all stages of the criminal process, from the time of appointment by the court as attorney of record through the appeals process, as well as during any period in which the court retains jurisdiction over the terms and conditions of any sentence or deferral.
