Common use of Duration of Employment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Employment. A. The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership of the Board of Management shall be entered into for a period of four years commencing on April 1, 2010 and shall terminate ipso jure, without any notice being required, on March 31, 2014.

The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership of the Board of Management appointment as President/Chief Executive Officer shall be entered into for a period of four years commencing on 30 April 1, 2010 2001 and shall terminate ipso jure, without any notice being required, on March 31, 20141 May 2005.

The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership of the Board of Management shall be entered into for a period of four two years commencing on April 1, 2010 2006 and shall terminate ipso jure, without any notice being required, on March 31April 1, 20142008.

The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership of the Board of Management shall be entered into for a period of four years commencing on April 1March 31, 2010 2011 and shall terminate ipso jureterminate, without any notice being required, on March 31, 2014at the end of the month in which the General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “End Date”).

The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership of the Board of Management shall be entered into for a period of four five years commencing on 1 April 1, 2010 2002 and shall terminate ipso jure, without any notice being required, on March 31, 20141 April 2007.

Duration of Employment. A. The contract of employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) with the Company connected with your membership Chairmanship of the Board of Management shall be entered into for a period of four years commencing on April 1, 2010 2007 and shall terminate ipso jure, without any notice being required, on March 31April 1, 20142011.
