Duration of Company. The term of the Company shall begin upon the acceptance of the Articles of Organization with the Department and shall continue in existence until May 30, 2026, unless sooner terminated pursuant to any provisions of this Agreement or as otherwise provided by law, and unless extended by the unanimous vote of the Members.

Duration of Company. The term of the Company commenced on December 15, 2010, which is the date the Certificate of Formation was filed with the Mississippi Secretary of State and the Company shall thereafter have a duration without any specific date of dissolution and shall exist until December 31, 2060 or otherwise cut short by the provisions of any other Article within this Agreement or until dissolved upon the written consent of all of the Members (the “Term”).
