DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification by the parties as of August 16, 2017, and shall remain in full force and effect through July 1, 2018. If a successor Agreement is not agreed to and ratified by July 1, 2018, this Agreement shall remain in effect until agreement and ratification occur or either party gives notice in writing of its desire to terminate such Agreement.
