7.4.1 An annual fee of R51.49 per seat for every facility with capacity up to the first 50 seats; thereafter
7.4.2 An annual fee of R40.90 for every additional seat from 51 to 75; thereafter
7.4.3 An annual fee of R30.82 for every additional seat from 76 to 100; thereafter
7.4.4 An annual fee of R25.63 for every additional seat over 100.
7.4.5 All the above are subject to a minimum annual fee of R860.92.

7.3.2 An amount of 1.5% (percent) of Gross Annual Revenue for ice shows or variety shows, where part of the show is given by non-musical artists;
7.3.3 An amount of 2% (percent) of Gross Annual Revenue for special celebrity concerts;
7.3.4 Subject to a minimum fee of R36.57 per day on which music is performed;
7.3.5 All the above is subject to a minimum annual fee of R272.47.

7.3.3 An amount of 141.44 per unit of 1000 persons in attendance for performance duration less than 2 hours.
7.3.4 An amount of R202.11 per unit of 1000 persons in attendance for performance duration less than 3 hours.
7.3.5 An amount of R242.53 per unit of 1000 persons in attendance for performance duration 3 hours or more.
7.3.6 All the above are subject to a minimum annual fee of R227.84.
