DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 The term of this agreement shall be from the first day of September 2014 until the thirty-first day of August 2015 and from year to year thereafter, unless terminated or amended in the manner hereinafter provided. All articles in this agreement unless otherwise specified shall become effective on September 2, 2014.
DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. I authorize and direct you to deduct such amounts from my pay and to remit same to the Union on a monthly basis or at such times and in such manner as may otherwise be agreed upon between you and the Union at any time while this authorization is in effect. This assignment, authorization and direction shall be irrevocable for the period of one (1) year from the date appearing below or until the termination of the collective agreement between the Company and the Union which may be in force at the time of signing of this Authorization, whichever occurs sooner; and I agree and direct that this assignment, authorization and direction shall be automatically renewed, and shall be irrevocable for successive periods of one
DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective upon ratification by the Association and adoption by the Board, on July 1, 2016, and remain in effect until 12:00 a.m. June 30, 2020. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew itself for an additional (1) year period, unless either party sends the other a written notice of its desire to amend or terminate the Agreement by certified mail at least sixty (60) but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to June 30, 2016, or prior to the end of any additional one (1) year period.

Notwithstanding any provision of this Article or Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect after any expiration date while negotiations or resolution of impasse procedures are continuing for a new agreement between the parties, except that Article XXV (Promotions) shall terminate as of December 31, 2024 unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties. DURATION AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of this agreement shall be in perpetuity. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail to the other party expressing the terminating party’s desire that the agreement be terminated.
