Duplicate Remedies. The Seller shall not be obliged to provide any remedy that duplicates any other remedy available to the Buyer in respect of the same defect under Clauses 12.1 and 12.2 as such Clauses may be amended, complemented or supplemented by other contractual agreements or by other Clauses of this Agreement.
