Duplicate Funding. 4.8.1 Where You intend to apply to a third party for other funding and/or Public Sector Funding for the Project, You must notify the Council/Accountable Body in advance of Your intention to do so. 4.8.2 You agree and accept that You shall not apply for duplicate funding in respect of any part of the Project or any related administration costs that the Council/Accountable Body is funding in full under this Agreement. 4.8.3 You agree and accept that funding received from other government schemes must not be used to meet Your Match Funding obligations
