Duly Authorised Officers. Employees designated as and undertaking duly authorised officer duties under the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Xxx 0000 shall be paid a daily allowance of $7.67 for each period of duty that these duties are required to be performed. This daily allowance equates to $2,000 per annum ($76.70 per fortnight). Employees paid as Crisis Workers shall be paid $2,000 per annum for this allowance. This allowance will only be paid if Xxxxxx Marlborough District Health Board requires an employee to carry out these duties and for the duration that these duties are required to be performed.
Duly Authorised Officers. 18.1 Duly Authorised Officer means an employee appointed by the Director of Area Mental Health Services to undertake Duly Authorised Officer role and function as defined under S93 (Duly Authorised Officers) of in the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Xxx 0000. Employees of the following DHBs who are designated by the employer as Duly Authorised Officers shall receive an annual allowance (pro-rata for part time staff) payable fortnightly: $2,0500 per annum (effective from 1 July 2016 these DHBs DAO rates to become $2,500) Bay of Plenty, Northland, Lakes, Waikato, Tairawhiti and Whanganui $2,500 per annum MidCentral, Xxxxxx Marlborough, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa, Taranaki and Hawke’s Bay The allowance for Duly Authorised Officers are contained in the Appendix 10 for the following DHBs:No Change Otago, Southland, West Coast, South Canterbury, Canterbury, and Capital and Coast.

  • Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement.   • Authorised Signatory An authorised signatory is required to sign this Data Sharing Agreement after all recommendations made by the Data Governance Board have been addressed and before the Data Sharing Agreement can be executed. This signatory has the role of accountability for the data sharing defined in this Data Sharing Agreement and holds the post of Principal Officer (equivalent) or above. The Parties hereby agree to their obligations pursuant to this Data Sharing Agreement for the transfer of personal data as described in this Data Sharing Agreement.
