Duly Authorised Officers. Employees designated as and undertaking duly authorised officer duties under the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Xxx 0000 shall be paid a daily allowance of $7.67 for each period of duty that these duties are required to be performed. This daily allowance equates to $2,000 per annum ($76.70 per fortnight). Employees paid as Crisis Workers shall be paid $2,000 per annum for this allowance. This allowance will only be paid if Xxxxxx Marlborough District Health Board requires an employee to carry out these duties and for the duration that these duties are required to be performed.

Duly Authorised Officers. 18.1 Duly Authorised Officer means an employee appointed by the Director of Area Mental Health Services to undertake Duly Authorised Officer role and function as defined under S93 (Duly Authorised Officers) of in the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Xxx 0000.   • Authorised signatories The Authority shall require the Independent Engineer to designate and notify to the Authority and the Concessionaire up to 2 (two) persons employed in its firm to sign for and on behalf of the Independent Engineer, and any communication or document required to be signed by the Independent Engineer shall be valid and effective only if signed by any of the designated persons; provided that the Independent Engineer may, by notice in writing, substitute any of the designated persons by any of its employees.

  • Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.

  • Authorized Officers The execution of any certificate requirement hereunder by an Authorized Officer shall be considered to have been done solely in such Authorized Officer’s capacity as an officer of the applicable Credit Party (and not individually). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the Secured Parties shall be entitled to rely and act on any certificate, notice or other document delivered by or on behalf of any Person purporting to be an Authorized Officer of a Credit Party and shall have no duty to inquire as to the actual incumbency or authority of such Person.

  • Authorised Signatory An authorised signatory is required to sign this Data Sharing Agreement after all recommendations made by the Data Governance Board have been addressed and before the Data Sharing Agreement can be executed. This signatory has the role of accountability for the data sharing defined in this Data Sharing Agreement and holds the post of Principal Officer (equivalent) or above. The Parties hereby agree to their obligations pursuant to this Data Sharing Agreement for the transfer of personal data as described in this Data Sharing Agreement.

  • Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
