Dues Deduction and Remittance. The Employer shall deduct PSE dues or service charges from the pay of any employee who authorizes such deductions in writing. The Employer shall transmit all such funds deducted to the Treasurer of Public School Employees of Washington on a semi-monthly basis. The Employer agrees to submit a report semi-monthly along with its remittance of dues identifying each employee by name, employee number, position number, gross salary, and dues amount remitted.

Dues Deduction and Remittance a) The Company agrees to deduct, from the pay of each employee covered by this agreement, an amount of Union dues or their equivalent as well as any initiation fees or any special assessments, as specified by the Union in writing.
Dues Deduction and Remittance. The Board shall deduct Union dues out of the current wages payable to each employee member of the NABCOT-OT/ PT who has so authorized, or hereafter so authorizes, the deduction. Such deduction shall be made upon the receipt of a duly executed payroll deduction authorization of the employee prepared by the NABCOT- OT/ PT. The dues deducted will be submitted to the NABCOT-OT/ PT by the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month with a computer print-out sheet. During each school year, additions to the list of authorized membership dues deductions will be made within sixty (60) days following receipt by the Board of the listing of the additions and the employee authorizations.

Local Dues The Employer shall deduct PSE local chapter dues separately and remit all such funds to the local PSE chapter treasurer on a semi-monthly basis. COPE No later than June 30, 2015, Western shall, upon receipt of written authorization conforming to legal requirements, deduct from the pay of bargaining unit employees the amount of contribution each employee voluntarily chooses for deduction for COPE and shall transmit contributions to the Union. The employee may revoke the request at any time. At least annually, the employee shall be notified by PSE about the right to revoke the request. The implementation of this payroll deduction will require a minimum of ten (10) participants.

Teachers may authorize the Board to deduct from their salary and transmit to the Association and/or to the New York State United Teachers the membership dues and/or assessments which have been certified in writing to the Board by the respective Associations.
