DUES AND EXPENSES. Employer agrees to pay for Employee’s membership in such professional associations (including attendance at regular and special board meetings, training, and travel expenses) as Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Michigan Public Employers Labor Relations Association (MPELRA), International County Managers Association (ICMA), National County Managers Association (NACA), and Michigan Association of County Administrative Officers (MACAO), and such other conferences and meetings as Employee and Employer mutually agree are beneficial to both the Employer and Employee, subject to the availability of funds for such expenses. Actual and necessary expenses incurred by Employee in the discharge of her official duties or in the performance of functions authorized by Employer shall be reimbursed upon submission of receipts and reports of expenditures in accordance with County policy.

DUES AND EXPENSES. The Town agrees to budget and pay an appropriate amount for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Library Director for her continuation and full participation in national, state and regional library associations and organizations necessary and desirable for her continued professional growth and advancement. These include the American Library Association (ALA), the Mass Library Association (MLA), the New England Library Association (NELA) and the [LIBRARY]’s membership in the [MUNICIPALITY] Business Association (PBA). The Library Director shall be reimbursed for any other reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of her official duties, or as an official representative of the Library, including attendance by her at civic or social events. She shall be reimbursed for tolls and parking expenses related to trips out of town on Library related business.

Related to DUES AND EXPENSES

  • Revenues and Expenses All gross revenue and receipts derived from management of the Beverage Operations shall be the exclusive property of Licensee. Said revenues and receipts shall be collected and retained by Licensee, and used to pay the expenses of operations in accordance with Section 2.2 below.

  • PAYMENT AND EXPENSES 8.1 Each payment to be made by the Guarantor under this guarantee shall be made in pounds sterling, free and clear of all deductions or withholdings of any kind, except for those required by law, and if any deduction or withholding must be made by law, the Guarantor shall pay that additional amount which is necessary to ensure that the Authority receives a net amount equal to the full amount which it would have received if the payment had been made without the deduction or withholding.

Seller shall reimburse each Conduit on demand for all other costs and expenses incurred by such Conduit (“Other Costs”), including, without limitation, the cost of auditing such Conduit’s books by certified public accountants, the cost of rating the Commercial Paper of such Conduit by independent financial rating agencies, and the reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of counsel for such Conduit or any counsel for any shareholder of such Conduit with respect to advising such Conduit or such shareholder as to matters relating to such Conduit’s operations.

  • Taxes and Expenses All taxes of any kind that may be assessed or levied against or in respect of the Fund and all brokerage commissions incurred by the Fund shall be paid from the Fund.
