Dues and Checkoff. 19 PSE/SEIU 1948 shall provide the District with a full and complete list of bargaining unit employees 20 who are current members of PSE/SEIU 1948, and shall provide updates, additions, and/or other 21 changes in membership status to the District upon request. The District agrees to accept dues 23 1948 will provide a list of those members who have agreed to union membership via voice 24 authorization. In addition, upon request, the District may have access to the .wav files associated with 25 the voice authorization. PSE/SEIU 1948 will be the custodian of the records related to voice/E- 26 signature authorizations. PSE agrees that, as the custodian of the records, it has the responsibility to 27 ensure the accuracy and safe-keeping of those records.

PSE/SEIU1948 will be the 28 custodian of the records related to voice/E-signature authorizations. PSE agrees that, as the custodian of the 29 records, it has the responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safe keeping of those records. 31 The District shall deduct PSE dues from the pay of any employee who authorizes such deductions in writing 32 pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The District shall transmit all such funds deducted to the Treasurer of Public 33 School Employees of Washington on a monthly basis. 34

Dues and Checkoff. All Employees covered by the terms of this Contract who are members of the Union shall be required to pay dues and assessments. Employees covered by this Contract are not required to join the Union or maintain Union membership as a condition of employment, but shall pay a service charge or fair share amount to the Union, not to exceed the normal Union dues for the purpose of negotiating and administering this Contract.
