Common use of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal officesoffices or virtually, as the Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request from time to time.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Sales Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Sales Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agent, the Forward Seller and the Forward Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent Agent, the Forward Seller or the Forward Purchaser may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the each Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the such Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents and the Forward Purchasers in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the relevant Agent or the relevant Forward Purchaser may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing customary information and making available customary documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent may reasonably request from time to time.

Due Diligence. During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent and the QIU in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and and, upon reasonable prior notice, making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s principal offices, as the Agent and the QIU may reasonably request from time to time.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company will reasonably cooperate with any reasonable due diligence review conducted by the Agent Agents in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, providing information and making available documents and senior corporate officers, during normal business hours and at the Company’s 's principal offices, as the Agent Agents may reasonably request from time to time.
