Key Strategies o Parent and student meetings provided by campuses and dual credit counselors. o Websites maintained by both organizations. • Goal 2: Assist high school students in the successful transition to and acceleration through post-secondary education. Key Strategies o Provision of student success course, Learning Frameworks, to provide students with knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to succeed in the postsecondary environment. o Continuation of support from dual credit counselors through the transition into postsecondary education. • Goal 3: Provide academic and college readiness advising with access to student support services to bridge dual credit students successfully into college course and program completion. Key Strategies o Continuation of advising from dual credit counselors through the transition into postsecondary education. o Continuation of the Student Success Center at Brazosport College. • Goal 4: Ensure that the quality and rigor of dual credit courses is sufficient to ensure student success in subsequent courses. Key Strategies o Collaborate to ensure the content of Texas State standards is met or exceeded by the dual credit course. o Maintain adherence to Academic Course Guide and Workforce Education Course Manual. o Review and evaluate annual Basic Program data for continuous improvement.

  • Program Goals CalHFA MAC envisions that these monies would be used to complement other federal or lender programs designed specifically to stabilize communities by providing assistance to homeowners who have suffered a financial hardship and as a result are no longer financially able to afford their first-lien mortgage loan payments or their Property Expenses when associated with a Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”) Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (“HECM”) loan, only.

  • Total Credit Award GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Taxpayer a California Competes Tax Credit ("CCTC") in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) (“Credit”).   • Performance/Bid Bond and Letter Of Credit There are no bonds required for the Contract resulting from this Solicitation. In accordance with Appendix B, section 45, Performance/Bid Bond, the Commissioner of OGS has determined that no performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance of the Contract shall be required at any time during the initial term, or any renewal term, for the resulting Contract and Authorized User Agreements.

  • Free Credit Balances Your selection of a sweep program above will not be effected until your Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order. Until such time, available cash balances (from securities transactions, dividend and interest payments, deposits and other activities) will not be automatically swept and will be held as a free credit balance. A free credit balance is a liability of LPL and payable to the Account on demand. Interest will not be paid to the Account on free credit balances. Unless we hear from you to the contrary, it is our understanding that any free credit balances held in your Account are pending investment. Free credit balances may be used by LPL in the ordinary course of its business subject to the requirements of Rule 15c3-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The use of customer free credit balances generally generates revenue for LPL in the forms of interest and income, which LPL retains as additional compensation for its services to its clients. Under these arrangements, LPL will generally earn interest or a return based on short-term market interest rated prevailing at the time. If you are acting on behalf of a Plan, the Responsible Plan Fiduciary agrees that it has independently determined that holding cash balances, pending LPL’s acceptance of the Account, as a free credit balance, which does not earn income for the Plan, is both (i) reasonable and in the best interests of the Plan and (ii) that the Plan receives no less, nor pays no more, than adequate consideration with respect to this arrangement. If the Responsible Plan Fiduciary chooses to avoid holding un-invested cash as a free credit balances, the Plan should not fund the Account until after the Account paperwork has been accepted by LPL as being in good order.

  • Credit Balances No interest or other amount will be paid by the Custodian on any credit balance on an Allocated Account.

  • Provisional Credit You acknowledge that the Rules make provisional any credit given for an entry until the financial institution crediting the account specified in the entry receives final settlement. If the financial institution does not receive final settlement, it is entitled to a refund from the credited party and the originator of the entry shall not be deemed to have paid the party.

  • Credit Balance We will make a good faith effort to return to you any credit balance that has been on your Account longer than six consecutive Billing Cycles (or, at our discretion, for a shorter time period). You may also request a refund of a credit balance on your Account at any time. We may reduce the amount of any credit balance on your Account by applying the credit balance towards new fees and charges posted to your Account. We do not pay any interest on credit balances.

  • Letters of Credit for Payment Bond Notwithstanding the provisions of B4.3, Purchaser may use letters of credit in lieu of a surety bond for payment bond purposes when approved by Contracting Officer.

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts. The contractor therefore agrees to sell to Cooperative Purchasing Program participants at the option of the program participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the contract must be equally applied to such participants.
