Dual Compensation. The Board and the Association agree that Professional Employees covered under this Agreement shall receive no additional compensation for duties involving school time or school related activities involving school time not currently covered by their contract.
Dual Compensation. An employee accepting a renewal of a school term contract may be appointed to another Federal position during the school re- cess period without regard to the dual compensation regulations in 5 U.S.C. 5533.

Dual Compensation. A Trustee serving as a director, officer, partner, or employee of any corporation, partnership, or other business in which the trust owns an interest shall also be entitled to receive reasonable compensation for his or her services rendered as Trustee in addition to the compensation being paid to him or her by such business. The compensation paid to the Trustee in either capacity shall not be offset against the other. A Trustee who is an investment advisor, attorney, accountant, or other professional shall not be disqualified from rendering professional services to the trust and being compensated on a reasonable basis therefore in addition to any compensation that he or she otherwise is entitled to receive as Trustee. Neither shall a firm with which a Trustee is associated as a partner, officer, or employee be disqualified from dealing with, rendering services to, or discharging duties for the trust and being compensated therefore on a reasonable basis. A Trustee is authorized to retain himself or herself or any firm with which he or she is associated to render investment, legal, accounting, or other professional services. Fees may be paid for such services without respect to such relationship and without respect to any agreement that the Trustee may have with his or her firm concerning the division of fees and commissions after complying with the requirements of Probate Code §15687, if applicable.
Dual Compensation. Dual Compensation. (MARCH 1985) If a project staff member, subcontractor, or consultant is involved in two or more projects, at least one of which is supported by Federal funds, he/she may not be compensated for more than 100 percent of his/her time during any part of the period of dual involvement. That is, an individual is prohibited from receiving double payment for any given period of work.
Dual Compensation. Contractors are prohibited from receiving compensation from both the Department and any other source for conference planning performed pursuant to the terms of this Contract. If the Contractor receives any compensation from another source as a result of conference services performed for the Department, the Contractor shall report this compensation to the Contracting Officer and offset its invoice to the Department in an equal amount.
