DS1. 2.4 TCG will be responsible for testing and isolating network failures. Once TCG has isolated a trouble to the ALLTEL provided loop, TCG will issue a trouble report to ALLTEL on the loop. ALLTEL will take the actions necessary to repair the loop if a trouble actually exists.
