DS1. 2.4 LSP-PGNAPS will be responsible for testing and isolating network failures. Once LSP-PGNAPS has isolated a trouble to the ALLTEL provided loop, LSP-PGNAPS will issue a trouble report to ALLTEL on the loop. ALLTEL will take the actions necessary to repair the loop if a trouble actually exists.
