With respect to Transactions where the DS Variable Percentage is 100%, the Statement prepared in accordance with Section 9.1(a) will include: (a) an energy charge equal to sum of the products of each hour’s hourly day-ahead PJM load weighted average locational marginal price for the Delivery Point, and each hour’s Energy requirements associated with the DS Supplier Responsibility Share, and (b) a capacity charge equal to the sum of the product of the PJM Final Zonal Capacity Price for the Delivery Point in $/MW-day and the daily amounts of Capacity reported as the DS Supplier’s Capacity obligation by Buyer to PJM for each day of the Billing Month. With respect to Variable Price Transactions, the PMEA/FMEA Adjustment Amount calculated in accordance with Section 9.1 (d) will include: any adjustments to account for changes in the hourly energy or capacity volumes used to calculate the energy charge and the capacity charge as described above.
