Common use of Drug Test Clause in Contracts

Drug Test. The compulsory production and submission of urine by an employee, in accordance with Departmental procedures, for chemical analysis to detect prohibited drug usage of controlled substances: Heroin, cocaine, phencyclidine, lysergic acid, diethylamide, psilocin, psilocybin, amphetamine, methamphetamine, or any form of tetrahydrocannabinol, or any other controlled drug listed in Schedule I or II of State Code.

Drug Test.
