Common use of DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY Clause in Contracts

DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY. A Company Agitator Driver must perform their work and do everything connected with it: (a) with due care and skill and in a proper, thorough and professional manner; (b) safely, and in accordance with Boral's safety requirements; (c) in accordance with the day to day operational directions given by Boral; (d) in accordance with any written direction, procedure or other specifications provided by Boral relating to the performance of their work or anything connected to it;‌ (e) using best efforts to promote Boral's business; (f) without jeopardising or damaging Boral's business; and (g) in compliance with all relevant laws.
