Common use of Drawings and Data Clause in Contracts

Drawings and Data. Vendor shall keep confidential all information, drawings, specifications, and data furnished by CEI or prepared by Vendor in connection with the performance of this Order, and shall not divulge or use such information, drawings, specification, or data for the benefit of any other party or itself except to the extent necessary to perform this Order. All such information, drawings, specifications, and data shall be returned to CEI upon CEI’s demand or upon termination of the parties’ relationship.
