Common use of DPA Definitions Clause in Contracts

DPA Definitions. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in Exhibit “A” and if not defined in this DPA, shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict, definitions used in this DPA shall prevail over terms used in all other writings, including, but not limited to, the Terms of Use, privacy policies or any other agreements.
