Dominion Project Manager. Dominion will appoint the Dominion Project Manager as its representative through the Agreement Term. The Dominion Project Manager shall communicate with the County Registrar of Voters (ROV) information and status regarding milestones, procedures, and progress on the work related to this Agreement. The Dominion Project Manager will also advise the ROV upon the occurrence of any event requiring a material change in such plans to obtain the ROV’s written consent to any such material changes. The Dominion Project Manager will be dedicated solely to this project through the completion of the first two statewide elections, including canvass, recounts, and other post-election activities, will be on-site as requested by the ROV, and will be available commencing with the Effective Date of the Agreement. The Dominion Project Manager will be responsible for arranging all meetings, visits, and consultations between the Parties and for all administrative matters such as invoices, payments, and amendments. The Dominion Project Manager is the primary point of contact for Dominion, including for change requests, and will coordinate the availability of Dominion resources. The Dominion Project Manager shall have the requisite skills and experience to provide the services required for the implementation including, without limitation: complete knowledge of election technology, elections support services, project management, excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management skills, and the ability to manage detail-oriented projects with fixed deadlines.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Eighty Cents ($7,997.80). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
