Common use of Domicile Clause in Contracts

Domicile. Any notice required to be given under this lease shall be sent in writing to the Lessor at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Ave, Xxxxxxxx Estate, Johannesburg or such other address as the Lessor may stipulate in writing from time to time, and to the Lessee at the domicile referred to in the Schedule or such other address as the Lessee may stipulate in writing from time to time, at which addresses they respectively choose as their "domicilium citandi et executandi".
