Domestic Services. The Fee payable by the BBC shall be the Two Transmissions Fee covering the Writer’s remuneration for the first two Transmissions where the commission is for the Domestic Services unless the commission is for an Adaptation or Dramatised Feature when the BBC may choose to pay the Single Transmission Fee (and the additional fee set out in Schedule Two shall be payable for any further Transmissions)
Domestic Services. 10.1 Domestic staff of occupants will be allowed into Kingshurst Retirement Apartments, as defined in the contract to which this annexure is annexed, only with the written permission of the management association but may not reside in Kingshurst Retirement Apartments.

Domestic Services. The above proposed annual caps in relation to the Domestic Services were determined after having taken into account (i) the historical amount of fees paid by CGH Group to the Group for the provision of Domestic Services for the six months ended 30 June 2019; (ii) the estimated marketing expenses to be incurred by the CGH Group; (iii) the Group’s reference to the market price for the provision of similar services in the same industry; and (iv) the rates of fees to be charged by the Group for the provision of the relevant services. Pricing policy During the term of the Advertising and Domestic Services Framework Agreement, members of the Group may from time to time enter into individual agreements with members of CGH Group for the provision of Advertising Services or Domestic Services in accordance with the principal terms of the Advertising and Domestic Services Framework Agreement.
Domestic Services. The prices for the Domestic Services provided to the Property Owners pursuant to their rights under the Domestic Services Rights Agreement will be based on the price list of the Group which is the same as that available to Independent Third Parties for the same services.

  • Diagnostic Services All prescribed diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests and services are covered when Medically Necessary and ordered by a Physician as part of the diagnosis or treatment of a covered illness or injury, or as a preventive Health Care Service. Specialized tests such as those to diagnose Conditions that cannot be diagnosed by traditional blood tests (e.g. allergy, endocrinology, genetics, and virology testing), are subject to higher Member out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Specific Services Without limiting the generality of the Services to be provided as set forth above, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that Consultant will provide the following specific services:

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services are those services described in paragraphs 1.2 through 1.6 for which compensation shall be the Basic Services Fee described in this Agreement and shall include the following disciplines:

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
