NCTCOG prefers vendors that provide a sole source of responsibility for the products and services provided under a resulting contract. If Proposer requires the use of dealers, resellers, or subcontractors to provide the products or services, the Proposal should address how the products or services will be provided to Members and describe the network of dealers, resellers, and/or subcontractors that will be available to serve TXShare Members under a resulting contract. NCTCOG desires the broadest possible selection of products and services being proposed over the largest possible geographic area and to the largest possible cross-section of TXShare current and potential members.
