DOMESTIC FLIGHTS. One Way Flights: One Way flights are nonrefundable. In the event Customer cancels a DOMESTIC one-way or multi leg one-way flight seven (7) days prior to departure, funds will be held on account for a credit towards future jet travel. Funds will automatically expire one (1) year after the original date of booking. All one way flights cancelled within even (7) days will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee equal to the quoted amount of the trip. Round Trip Flights: Customer will be charged 2 hours flight time at the current retail hourly rate for the aircraft quoted if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.

A parent or legal guardian may vouch for the identity of any passenger under the age of 18. Failure to provide identification may delay or cause cancellation of your flight. International Flights. At least 72 hours prior to boarding, you must confirm possession of a passport and any visa required for entry to the countries included in the trip itinerary. If Wheels Up is required to carry any passenger out of a country on the trip itinerary because that passenger is refused entry or is deported by that country’s immigration authorities, the passenger will be responsible for the cost of that flight. PASSENGER HEALTH You are personally responsible for ensuring that you are sufficiently healthy to travel, including not having symptoms of any illness that is the subject of a public health crisis. You also will be solely responsible for ensuring that your travel complies with any applicable law where the flight will begin and finish. Further, while traveling, you may naturally have more opportunities for exposure to illnesses that are more prevalent in other places than in your home or work community. You acknowledge these natural risks and hereby release Wheels Up, the air carrier operating your flight, and each of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability or claims (including any claims based on contract or tort) relating to your experiencing an illness that might have resulted from exposure during travel. AVIATION SECURITY Prohibited Items. Certain items may not be carried on a commercial aircraft (see xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxx). You must notify Wheels Up in advance if you wish to bring firearms or other prohibited items aboard the aircraft, and you must consent to the secured stowage of the firearm or other prohibited item as required by law and as directed by the flight crew.
