Domain Transfers. All domain transfers between registrars are governed by either (1) ICANN's Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, which is currently available on ICANN's website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/transfers/, or (2) the respective registry's transfer policy, where applicable. You agree that in the case where you want to transfer your domain to DigiPalla IT Services LLPor from DigiPalla IT Services LLPto another Registrar, you will follow our confirmation procedures to facilitate the transfer.
Domain Transfers. Domain transfers typically take 5-7 days to complete after final authorization is received by the Domain Registrar. The Customer must ensure that all contact information is updated with the Domain Registrar before initiating a domain transfer order.

All Other Domains • .com, .net and all other related domains work slightly differently. A .com, .net, .org domain transfer requires authorisation from both the domain registrant and domain registrar. • Inform us in writing that you wish to change your domains and we will request an Authorisation Code.
Domain Transfers. From and after the Closing Date, should the domain names set forth on Schedule 3.14(a)(vi) once again becomes either “active” or have any value in the future, Seller will take any and all actions to prevent any party other than * This section has been purposely omitted and separately filed with the Commission. Domain Transfers. To transfer any domains being provided as Service Add-Ons to another registrar, the Client must provide a request for transfer to Advent Media, thirty (30) days in advance of the term renewal date. Transfer requests made with less than thirty (30) days’ notice shall be transferred at the beginning of the next term and shall be charged accordingly. Any transfer requests made outside of the thirty (30) day window in advance of the term renewal date shall be charged the outstanding amount of the domain’s registration term plus an early termination fee. Domain names cannot be transferred within the first sixty (60) days of registration. When a transfer request is made, Advent Media will review the request from the Client. The Client’s transfer request must declare (a) the domain name to transfer, (b) the reason for transfer, and (c) their selected ICANN approved registrar. Upon approval, Advent Media will unlock the domain, provide the Client with the appropriate authorization codes for their registrar, and charge their account any outstanding domain fees. From that point the Client will be solely responsible for the domain registration.
Domain Transfers nz Domains may not be transferred to another registrar for a period of 5 days after initial registration. Some CCTLDs may require a renewal payment to extend the registration term upon transfer. Typically, upon transfer any prepaid registration terms will carry over to the new provider. Domain Transfers. Should a domain to which services are being provided under this agreement be transferred to another domain name registrar, the provision of the Service and/or the Additional Service will be interrupted for that domain, and the Service and/or the Additional Service will not be restored until the necessary DNS records are made to refer the domain to the Service.
