Common use of Domain Renewal Clause in Contracts

Domain Renewal. Exabytes will renew Your Domain provided that:--- a) Exabytes is the delegated domain name administrator, or the appointed reseller or the invoicing party of Your Domain Name at the scheduled time of expiry; and b) You are, at that time, the owner of the Domain Name; and c) You request Exabytes to renew the Domain Name; and d) You have paid for the domain name renewal fee to Exabytes.
