Domain Name Transfer. Registrar agrees to pay US $4.65, plus a US $0.75 ICANN fee, per domain name that is transferred to Registrar from another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, or such other amount as may be established in accordance with Section 5.1(b) above.

The transfer shall result in an extension according to the renewal request, subject to a ten (10) year maximum on the future term of any domain-name registration. The Renewal Fee shall be paid in full at the time of the transfer by the ICANN-Accredited Registrar receiving sponsorship of the domain name. For a bulk transfer approved by ICANN, Registry Operator will charge the gaining registrar US $0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US$50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names).
Domain Name Transfer. Within five (5) business days after the Closing Date, Wyeth will complete all steps necessary to effectuate and register the transfer of the Domain Name with the entity which presently serves as registrar for the Domain Name. Wyeth further agrees to cooperate with and assist MedImmune in executing all documents and doing all things that MedImmune considers reasonably necessary or desirable to effectuate the transfer of the Domain Name to MedImmune. Domain Name Transfer. Subject to and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, at the Closing, Find/SVP shall transfer and assign to TIGO Search, and TIGO Search shall accept from Find/SVP, all right, title and interest in the Domain Names (the “Domain Name Transfer”).
