Documents to Shareholders. Promptly after dispatch to the shareholders or creditors of the Borrower, all material documents dispatched by the Borrower to its shareholders generally (or any class of them) or to its creditors generally (or any class of them), to the extent such disclosure would not cause a breach of any confidentiality undertaking binding on the Borrower or non-compliance of any applicable Laws;
