Documents to Seller. Escrow Agent shall at the Closing deliver by overnight express delivery to Seller, the following:
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller counterpart originals of the Assignment of Leases, Assignment of Contracts, Xxxx of Sale and General Assignment appropriately executed by Buyer, and a conformed recorded copy of the recorded Deed;
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall disburse to Seller two (2) originals of the Lease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment and one (1) conformed copy of the Deed and one (1) copy of any other document deposited into Escrow by Buyer pursuant hereto.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Seller, a conformed copy of the Grant Deed and Memorandum, and a copy of each other document deposited into Escrow by Buyer pursuant hereto.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Company shall at the Closing deliver by overnight courier to Seller, the following:

Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller one (1) original of the Assignment of Infrastructure Rights and one (1) original of the Agreement Regarding Construction Obligations, one (1) original of the Infrastructure CFD Bond Disclosure Assumption Agreement, together with any other documents to be delivered to Seller hereunder.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Seller a conformed copy of the Deed, and documents, if any, recorded on behalf of any lender, as duly recorded among the official land records of the County of Los Angeles, and a copy of each other document (or copies thereof) deposited into Escrow by Buyer pursuant hereto.
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller one (1) original of the Assignment of Infrastructure Rights, one (1) original of the Agreement Regarding Construction Obligations, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1455 Design Agreements and Documents, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1455 Construction Contracts, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1455 Permits, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1515 Design Agreements and Documents, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1515 Construction Contracts, one (1) original of the Assignment of 1515 Permits, and one (1) original of the Infrastructure CFD Bond Disclosure Assumption Agreement, together with any other documents to be delivered to Seller hereunder.
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller two (2) fully executed originals of each of the Assignment of Leases, Ground Lease Assignment (or, in lieu thereof, if applicable, the Ground Lease Merger),
