Documents Satisfactory in Form and Substance. All agreements, certificates, and other documents delivered by the Buyer to the Seller hereunder shall be in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Seller, in the exercise of such counsel’s reasonable judgment.

Executed originals of the documents set forth as exhibits hereto to which ILD is a party and all other agreements, certificates, opinions, and other documents delivered by ILD hereunder shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Interlink Cos. and the Shareholder, in the exercise of such counsel's reasonable judgment.
