Common use of Documents, Records, etc Clause in Contracts

Documents, Records, etc. All documents, records, data, apparatus, equipment and other physical property, whether or not pertaining to Confidential Information, that are furnished to the Employee by the Employer or its Affiliates or are produced by the Employee in connection with the Employee’s employment will be and remain the sole property of the Employer and its Affiliates. The Employee shall return to the Employer all such materials and property as and when requested by the Employer. In any event, the Employee shall return all such materials and property immediately upon termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason. The Employee shall not retain any such material or property or any copies thereof after such termination. It is specifically agreed that any documents, card files, notebooks, programs, or similar items containing customer or patient information are the property of the Employer and its Affiliates regardless of by whom they were compiled.
