Investment Manager has delivered or will deliver to Subadviser current copies and supplements thereto of each of the Prospectus and SAI pertaining to the Fund, and will promptly deliver to it all future amendments and supplements, if anyany and the Subadviser shall only be obliged to comply with such amendments to the Prospectus and SAI once it has been notified of these changes and had a reasonable opportunity to review and process the required changes.

Subadviser shall not have any liability resulting from Investment Manager’s failure to deliver documents pursuant to this section.
