Common use of Documents of Title Clause in Contracts

Documents of Title. Upon delivery of and payment for each Aircraft, Boeing shall deliver to Buyer a bill of sale duly conveying to Buyer good title to sucx Xxrcraft free and clear of all liens, claims, charges and encumbrances of every kind whatsoever, and such other appropriate documents of title as Buyer may reasonably request.
