Documents and Other Materials. DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY NATIONWIDE If Nationwide collects and retains information on the participant level, then Nationwide agrees to provide the Company, upon written request, any reports indicating the number of plan participants having interests in Fund shares offered in the Plans and such other information (including books and records) that the Company may reasonably request or as may be necessary or advisable to enable it to comply with any law, regulation or order. DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY Within five (5) Business Days after the end of each calendar month, the Company shall provide Nationwide, or its designee, a monthly statement of account, which shall confirm all transactions made during that particular month. The Company shall promptly provide Nationwide with a reasonable quantity (in light of the number of existing Plans or plan participants) of the Funds’ prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information and any supplements thereto, and other Fund issued documents as applicable.
