Documents and Forms. (a) The Agent shall maintain in safe custody all forms of Global Notes delivered to and held by it under this Facility Agreement and ensure that Global Notes are only issued in accordance with the provisions of this Facility Agreement. (b) The Notes issued pursuant to any Utilization Notice shall be represented by a single Global Note held by the Agent in accordance with Section 4.2(a).
