Common use of Documents and evidence Clause in Contracts

Documents and evidence. The agreement of the Bank referred to in clause 2 shall be subject to the receipt by the Bank or its duly authorised representative of the documents and evidence specified in schedule 1 in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
