In connection with any additional security provided in accordance with this Clause 8.5, the Lender shall be entitled to receive such evidence and documents of the kind referred to in Clause 7.1 (Conditions precedent to the execution of this Agreement) as may in the Lender’s opinion be appropriate and such favourable legal opinions as the Lender shall in its absolute discretion require.
