Common use of Documents and Copies Clause in Contracts

Documents and Copies. Consultant agrees to furnish and provide to School Board the number of copies identified in Attachment A of all reports and other documents (except correspondence) prepared by Consultant under this Contract, at its own expense. Generally, Consultant will provide a maximum of three (3) copies to the School Board as part of its overhead. The copies shall be furnished as they are prepared and completed by Consultant, and if School Board requires additional copies, Consultant shall promptly furnish the copies to School Board at a reasonable cost for the reproduction.
