Documentation of Work. You may be required to document your work activities on a daily or weekly basis. You are required to comply with the frequency and manner in which the documentation shall occur as determined by supervisory staff.

Documentation of Work. Each process developer will keep a project notebook to document all of his project work, including literature searches. The entries in the notebook will be: 1) sufficient to find all sources of information used prior to the conduct of experiments, 2) sufficient to faithfully reproduce any experiments conducted, and 3) sufficiently documented and witnessed to legally prosecute any invention which the experiments described by the documentation are used to support.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • PROTECTION OF WORK 12.1 Subcontractor shall effectually secure and protect the work done hereunder and assume full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by the OWNER and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect the work and the workmen of Contractor, the OWNER, and other subcontractors from its operations.
