Documentation and Manuals. Subject to Article 18 hereof, Contractor shall submit to Owner the specifications, data sheets, plans and drawings, and other information and documents required to be submitted to Owner pursuant to Appendix P hereto (collectively, the "Design Documents"). Contractor shall use U.S. customary units as the primary system of units in all documents prepared by Contractor for the Project and shall use reasonable efforts to have all Subcontractors use U.S. customary units as the primary system of units in all documents prepared by such Subcontractors for the Project. In addition, Contractor shall provide the following:
Documentation and Manuals. Subject to Article 17, Contractor shall submit to Client as they become available from time to time during their preparation, copies of the Operating Manuals and the other documents and manuals listed in Appendix A (collectively, the “Design Documents”). Except for those Design Documents in Appendix A, all submittals shall be for information purposes only.
Documentation and Manuals. The Supplier shall provide: • Installation manuals, in English in reproducible form – in advance of delivery/after design review. • Operating and Maintenance manuals, in English in reproducible form. • Full documentation of the control system including details of the API with a list of the protocols and examples of their usage • Copies of technical construction files used for CE marking to ensure compliance with relevant directives. • A certificate of conformity to this specification, with procedures for this testing to be agreed. • Agendas and minutes of kick off, technical meetings and design reviews/approvals. • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents – templates at least 1 month ahead of testing. • A list of suggested spare parts shall be provided including the lead time and cost of each part.
Documentation and Manuals. Prior to the commencement of the Major Vendor Services, Owner, Major Vendor and Contractor shall establish a procedure and schedule for Documentation to be delivered or made accessible to Owner and, to the extent applicable, Contractor and Independent Engineer, for review and comment as it is developed. Major Vendor shall submit to Owner (and as applicable Contractor and Independent Engineer) for review and comment, as applicable, copies of Documentation in accordance with the submittal schedule.

Subject to Article 18, the Turnkey Contractor shall submit to the MEP Participants, as they become available from time to time during their preparation, ten (10) copies of all specifications, data sheets, plans and drawings, and other information and documents required to be submitted to the MEP Participants as specified in Appendices A and C (collectively, the “Design Documents”). In addition, the Turnkey Contractor shall provide to the MEP Participants the following:

Documentation and Manuals. Seller shall furnish to UTMB one (1) complete set of owners/operators manuals for each unit of equipment furnished, and a total of three (3) complete sets of maintenance manuals.
Documentation and Manuals. Subject to Article 17, Contractor shall submit to Owner for Owner’s review and approval, as they become available from time to time during their preparation, copies (one of which shall be of reproducible quality), of all design and engineering documents which shall include all specifications, data sheets, plans and drawings, and other information and documents required to be submitted to Owner as listed in Appendix F or as requested by Owner from time to time (collectively, the “Design Documents”). In addition, Contractor shall provide the following to Owner for Owner’s review and approval:
