Document Retention and Record Maintenance. The HSP will retain all records (as that term is defined in FIPPA) related to the HSP’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement for seven (7) years after the termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement. The HSP’s obligations under this section will survive any termination or expiry of this Agreement; keep all financial records, invoices and other finance-related documents relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services by Home and in a manner consistent with either generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards as advised by the HSP’s auditor; and keep all non-financial documents and records relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services by Home in a manner consistent with all Applicable Law.
